Who can be ASIFA member ?

Article 5 from Amended Articles:

The Board may accept as individual members. artists, writers, directors, studio personnel, musicians, technicans, producers, distributors, journalists, critics, theorists, scholars, teachers, advanced students in animation and all those who have made a substantial contribution to Animation.

Why should I join (and pay my fee?)

ASIFA is a network of animation arists and affictionados, who organise themselves in local groups (ASIFA Groups and other animation organisations), with the intention to cooperate also internationally.

Your membership fee is needed to organise the international communication and to realise projects together.

How much do I have to pay ?

1. Individual members in America and Asia pay 33 US $, individual members in Europe pay 33 Euro.

2. National or regional ASIFA Chapters (counting at least 10 members) pay 200 US $ / 200 Euro for 10 members + 20 US$ / 20 Euro for any additive member. If they are less than 10, they are just individual members and have to pay 33 US $ / 33 Euro. It’s really more convenient if the President or leader of the chapter collects the fees and sends only one payment for all of them.

3. In any country without chapter, there can be one -and only one- person in charge of a “national office”. This member pays 20 US $.
