How to Participate in IAD 2010
How sign up for IAD 2010?
Organizers can register until 4th of October. It is free of charge.
The events related to the 9th IAD are mend to be organized from 1st October to 31st December 2010. Beyond, they may not be included in the IAD general program.

Please notice that:
- only those who have sent their entry form will have their program published on the general program of IAD ; Asifa will do its best to publish any changes, updates or details send after the deadlines;
- Asifa keep the right not to insert an event which doesn’t fit with the spirit of Asifa in the general program;
- only those who have had their events confirmed by the general coordinator can use the labels “Asifa” and “International Animation Day” , and use the poster of IAD.
How to communicate?
International poster. Each year, the Asifa also calls upon a famous animation artist to create the visual of the IAD. This visual is then adapted for each country in order to guarantee a worldwide exposure of the event. Previous editions involved the work of directors such as Iouri Tcherenkov, Nourredin Zarrinkelk, Paul Driessen, Abi Feijo, Michel Ocelot and Nina Paley. This year, Raoul Servais was solicited to design the IAD visual.
Use of the IAD poster. Each organizers participating to IAD can use the poster and the labels to create its own communication tools according to its needs: printed posters, flyers, booklets etc. But to guarantee the coherence of communication around IAD, these tools must include:
- the original IAD poster and the signature of Raoul Servais
- the mention: “ 9th International animation day” (or its translation in local language)
- the following logos : Asifa and Asifa-50th Anniversary
Who to contact?
Organizations can contact their country’s national Chapter to establish adequate projects. The contacts are available on the Asifa website > groups.
